  Gc : lost 14 scans due to local power outage time 171-1600 and 
       171-1643 
  Ft : few scans lost due to system problems between time 172-0553 and

       reason: x-band beam was not on source, cryogenic package failed
  Wz : SNR lower than 7 at about 40 scans after time 171-2100
       The operator reported "the cooling receiver broke down at about 
       4:30ut. The compressor was turn off and the receiver got warmer 
       and warmer
